Acer pictum subsp. macropterum
Sometimes known as A. mono, this is a rare subspecies known only from China. A hardy deciduous tree to potentially 15m tall, with handsome three to five lobed foliage emerging red tinted in spring, the lobes being triangular with drawn out tips.
