Buddleja loricata

A hardy evergreen medium sized shrub with rounded clusters of honey-scented, creamy-white, burnt-orange eyed flowers in summer over very narrow slightly grey-green puckered foliage, completely white underneath. Dense and compact, to about 2m. I have seen this growing completely exposed at 2500m in the Drakensberg Mts, S. Africa.
