Crinum bulbispermum ‘Album’

A pure white flowered form of the hardiest species and one of the parents of the well known C. x powellii, though very distinct in its really excellent glaucous, guttered, long tapering foliage with arches out and downwards. Clusters of white trumpets atop scapes 60-90cm tall above the foliage in July/Aug. For sun or semi-shade, this is a tolerant species, doing well in ordinary or rather moist soil. Hardy throughout the UK.
