Epimedium qingchengshanensis

Recently discovered in Sichuan, China and closely related to E. fargesii, this too has Dodecatheon-like pendulous flowers, white with purple centres. New foliage is splendidly salmon-pink, turning green, and is drawn out and handsome. Humus rich soil and some shade, not too dry. Virtually untried in the UK so far.
