Eryngium deppeanum ex F&M 54

Evergreen rosettes of viciously spine edged strap-like leaves, variably striped with a pale central marking and inflorescences to approx 75cm. Flowers spiny and green with dark blue centres. This form originally collected west of Acultzingo, Puebla State, Mexico. 2250m alt. One of the most striking forms of the species I've seen.
