Acacia covenyi

One of the most silver-grey leaved of all Acacia, this fast growing small tree is suitable for milder areas of the UK, though of course would be easy as a pot plant, where a hard prune every year would keep it in check. With current mild winters this is hardy outside in many parts of the UK, though extreme winters will see it damaged away from coastal/London/inner city zones. Bright yellow fragrant 'mimosa' flowers seen en-masse in spring.
