One of the blue-grey forms of the species, selected in California, very rarely seen in the UK. One of the most beautiful of all succulents and great for people who don't enjoy impaling themselves on vicious thorns, as this Mexican cliff dweller doesn't have any. Extremely beautiful rosettes of long tapered, soft, flexible blue-grey leaves up to about 1m across are possible if grown in a large pot, but can be kept much smaller. A gem for the frost free conservatory or sunny large window, inside or out in summer.
