Aspidistra zongbayi ‘Uan Fat Lady’

A low-growing broad-leaved Chinese species with slightly undulate-edged leaves 20 x 8cm on 15cm petioles and in this form with pale-yellow speckling and a central zone of pale longitudinal streaking. For dry shade. Exact hardiness unknown as yet but very tough here in a cold polytunnel, even through intense cold. A tough houseplant also, coping well with low light.
