Symphyotrichum (Aster) ericoides var. prostratum ‘Snow Flurry’

With an exceptionally low, undulating, spreading habit, this distinct form bears masses of small white flowers in Sep-Oct on a wide spreading plant, making a patch 1.3m wide by only 20cm high. Superb for ground cover or edging, this is exceptional where it cascades over the edge of a wall. Also suits a large pot, as we grow it here. The tiny linear leaves on mature plants are alluded to in the plant's name; with foliage resembling a heather. Sun or part shade. Easy.
