Athyrium minimum

A particularly delicate looking dwarf species from Northern Taiwan, making a low growing plant to only 15cm tall. The deciduous fronds are very lacy in appearance and arch out gracefully; bright green on a deep red stipe (stalk). For semi-shade in humusy soil, not too dry. Hardy.
