An Asian non-stinging nettle relative with superb foliage; deeply serrated with a long drip-tip, on red stalks and stems. Dull-pink pipe-cleaner flowers in Sept-Oct. Reaching 70cm in shade or semi-shade, this appreciates even moisture throughout summer. For reasonably well drained soil. This should be very hardy, but drainage may be an important factor.
