Bupleurum candollei

Himalayan Thorowax is a medicinal herb, native to that region into China. Growing to 1m max, airy umbels of slaty grey flowers surrounded by pointed bright green bracts are seen on slim stems in summer. A deep taproot ensures drought tolerance. Sun and well drained soil. Hardy.
