Calamagrostis x acutiflora ‘Karl Foerster’

One of the very finest of all grasses for vertical accent and exceptional extended season of interest. Non-running clumps bear bolt upright creamy-pink tinged inflorescences in late summer, which soon bleach out to straw-colour and last without damage right through winter. Easy and very hardy in most well drained soils in sun. Height 1.5m.
