Cornus kousa ‘Bultinck’s Giant’

A fine, relatively new form of this summer flowering beauty with the flowers showing particularly large white bracts, seen en-masse over the spreading, fairly level branches in June, followed by large edible red fruits. The foliage shows good autumn tints. Easy and hardy in most soils, but not happy on thin chalk, making a large shrub or very small tree to 4m.
