Tardy indeed, this cultivar is distinguished by being later flowering than most, expanding it's airy inflorescences 2 to 3 weeks later than many cultivars and extending the season of interest in mixed plantings. A semi-evergreen species native to a wide area including the UK, forming a tussock of fine, narrow foliage and a mass of slim flowering stems topped by a haze of very delicate looking silvery creamy-green flowers with the slightest purple tints in July. Height 90cm. Hardy, for sun or semi-shade.
