Epimedium ‘Buckland Spider’
Raised by Keith Wiley, this bears big spidery dusky-pink-mauve flowers in spring with the new foliage, which is very handsome in itself as it emerges with red tints over bright apple-green. Height 25cm. Deciduous, this is a cross between E. grandiflorum and E. koreanum, for lime-free humus-rich soil in shade.
