Pollinator magnet! All manner of pollinators are highly attracted to this floral buffet. A relatively recent reintroduction of this South American species brings us this extra large growing form, reaching up to about 1.8m in flower in a good moist year, though only 1.4m if exposed to extreme drought, such as spring/summer 2025. Very broad spiky long tongues of glossy green foliage in basal rosettes, with clusters of greeny-white thimbles on tall strong stems in summer. Hardy and easy in sun.
