Eryngium venustum
A scarce, but highly attractive hardy evergreen species from Mexico with extraordinary, multidimensional, very spiny rosettes of silvery-green foliage. Silvery-white-green thimble flowers on stems to 50cm. Builds to form dense low clumps. Sun, and reasonable drainage. Lapped up the heat and drought of 2022 here.
