Virtually unheard of in cultivation, this 2011 collection from Guizhou, SW China, makes an evergreen climber with trifoliolate leaves, pale grey under, and small white highly fragrant flowers produced in abundance in branched terminal inflorescences in late summer. This great rarity has yet to be tested to destruction, but early signs in inland UK suggest it has at least a reasonable level of hardiness if sited sensibly, though very cold winters in cold locations may be a step too far. For a sheltered spot in sun or semi-shade.
