Magnolia ‘Cathryn’

An early Vance Hooper hybrid and a sister seedling to the superb and highly regarded 'Margaret Helen', but with lighter colouring in the cup and saucer shaped flowers, being bright purple-pink with paler interiors. It is also larger growing in maturity, making a small to medium sized tree.
