Maianthemum fuscum ‘Madoi’

A larger than usual Pan Global' selection of this otherwise relatively small deciduous woodland perennial. In this incarnation the upright-arching leafy stems reach a height of 55cm, with rather splendid deeply veined glossy foliage to 22cm long, terminating in a zig-zag inflorescence of maroon and greenish-white flowers in early summer, followed by red orbicular fruit in autumn.
