Peucedanum cervaria
A Southern and Central European perennial with a range as far north as Central Russia. Large flattened umbels of white flowers up to 1.2m high in summer over attractive highly divided grey-green foliage. Very drought resistant, this occupies sunny and often very well drained sites in the wild and is perfectly suited to future drier summers in the UK.
