Pilea insolens
A Sino-Himalayan shade loving evergreen perennial in the Urticaceae, though completely non-stinging. Thick textured, boldly and conspicuously three veined ovate foliage with a drip-tip is held on dark stems. Fine textured clusters of small white flowers are seen from the leaf axils in autumn. Evergreen if mild or deciduous if not, this is hardy to -10c.
