Quercus Pondaim Group

A hybrid between too very distinctive, impressive and desirable species; Q. pontica and Q. dentata, both of which have particularly striking foliage and the combination doesn't disappoint. Large, obovate, well toothed leaves are a glossy dark green above and grey beneath, turning orange-brown in autumn. Makes a small tree of full rounded form with thick twigs. Originally raised at Arboretum Trompenburg, The Netherlands.
