Rosa cymosa NJM 11.079

A highly attractive and rather distinct species with flattened domes of tiny creamy-white fragrant flowers with conspicuous yellow stamen in May/June. Found originally at the roadside at 1200m in north central Guizhou, China, this made a climbing rose with clusters of small red hips. New growth is red tinted. For a sunny wall; I've found this species completely hardy here in my cold inland frost pocket and it also does extremely well at David Austin's in the Midlands.
