The Silver Germander makes a flattened mound of a dwarf evergreen silvery shrub for a raised bed, with a mass of purple flowers in summer and highly aromatic foliage. Up to 45cm across and hardy to at least -10c. Widely grown, the name of this plant doesn't actually exist officially, it probably being in reality T. cossonii or a hybrid of.
