Dacrycarpus dacrydioides – hardy form

Normally thought tender, the form I grow and propagate has been hardy to -14c outside, frozen solid in a pot through the mega winter of December 2010! An individual, distinctive and attractive small tree in the UK where it forms a crown of arching, pendulous very slender branches clad in very small, narrow, two ranked, spirally arranged, brown tinted leaves.

Pot size: 2L
