Supposedly a hybrid of H. coronarium and H. gardnerianum this produces fulsome heads of strongly and deliciously scented broad cream-yellow flowers, appearing in August/September. One of the most exotic looking forms for outdoor cultivation in the UK. Hardy, but needs a warm position to flower well so best in full sun. Mulch over the rhizomes for winter if you are particularly cold. Alternatively, it makes an excellent potted specimen for conservatory use.
