Philadelphus aff. madrensis ‘Rosemary Brown’

A new cultivar from Sean Hogan, Oregon, having been originally collected in NE Mexico. A small hardy deciduous species, closely related to P. microphyllus, reaching 1.2m tall and wide and clothed in narrow dainty foliage, grey hairy under. The mass of small pure white flowers in early summer are sweetly scented. For any well drained soil in full sun or semi-shade.
