Fragrant, most unusual, essentially red flowers borne from the leaf axils in spring on this unique colour form (white stamen from red bracts), found originally in Manipur, NE India. A fairly tall member of the genus, forming an evergreen shrub to 1.5m high. Leaves are large for a Sarcococca. For a sheltered position in semi-shade, shade or sun. Easy in dry shade.
