Asclepias fascicularis

The Narrow-leaved milkweed from Western N America is a very important larval host and nectar source for Monarch butterflies, but as we rarely see one of those here you could either a) take your plant on holiday to the States, or b) enjoy it as a narrow leaved drought tolerant perennial with heads of creamy-pink flowers in summer on stems to about 1m high. Tolerant of dry sites.
