Begonia grandis subsp. evansiana f. alba

A very hardy Chinese Begonia with simple green foliage and a cloud of white flowers in late summer/early autumn. Height 45cm. Remarkably tough in sun or semi-shade, but looks optimal in the latter. Tough and tolerant, even to a fair amount of drought, this will self sow genetically identical babies from bulbils in autumn and make a fine patch. Very easily removed if spreading too far.

Pot size: 9cm
