Betula utilis ‘Forrest Blush’

A George Forrest collection (F19505) of the Himalayan birch with the bark a variable mixture of soft coppery orange and palest white-pink and cream, all with prominent horizontal lenticel banding. Overall this gives a very pale, very beautiful appearance. A fast growing hardy medium sized tree eventually, especially effective if planted as a group.
