Buddleja auriculata

A winter flowering evergreen South African deserving a warm wall or sheltered spot. Makes a medium sized shrub with leaves white felted beneath, and long cylindrical panicles of creamy-white, strongly fragrant flowers borne in the depths of our darkest months.
