Buddleja cordata subsp. tomentella MPF 148

From high altitude in NE Mexico, this very hardy, rare, evergreen large shrub has grown perfectly in the Cotswolds with me for the last 30+ years. The leaves are slightly grey-green, with paler undersides and the sweetly scented white flowers are borne profusely, in billowing panicles during summer. A vigorous and easily grown species that is rarely offered and barely known. Potentially to 5m tall, though can be easily kept much smaller.

Pot size: 2L
