Buddleja farreri Farrer 44

An original Reginal Farrer collection from his first expedition to China, this is a splendid foliage plant. White woolly foliage has indented margins and is grey-green above and white beneath from equally white-woolly stems. Sweetly scented lilac flowers are seen in spring. A large shrub for a sunny well drained position and some shelter if you are in the colder counties.
