Carex laxiculmis ‘Bunny Blue’

A very hardy North American blue-grey, broad-leaved sedge, making tidy mounds of semi-evergreen foliage 15 to 30cm tall. Suited to light shade in the US, this may perform better in the UK in a little more light and is perfectly happy in full sun if moist at the root. Cut back in spring for clean blue foliage in summer. A great linear and colour contrast to other more conventional shade garden plants.
