Deutzia ningpoensis

Sometimes known as D. chunii, this is a first rate species and highly floriferous. A medium sized shrub with arching branches, covered in late June in a multitude of white flowers with reflexed, narrow petals, borne on 10cm panicles all along the branches. The leaves are narrow and grey beneath. This has both an AGM and an AM from the RHS, if you like that sort of thing.
