Disporopsis fuscopicta

An evergreen perennial Solomons Seal relative from S China, with stems to 45cm tall, speckled purple at their bases. Greeny-white bell-like flowers with purple interiors on the underside of the stems in spring, sometimes followed by dark purplish fruits in autumn. For good humus-rich soil in shade. Hardy.
