Disporum longistylum ‘Bagheera’

An improvement on 'Night Heron', with darker expanding growth, this was selected here at Pan Global'. Magnificent dark-chocolate new growth extends on equally dark almost bamboo-like stems with contrasting pale sheaths. These branch and bear creamy-green bells in spring followed by black fruit. Leaves turn to dark olive-green with maturity. To 1.8m tall, for humusy soil in semi-shade, not too dry.
