Echium webbii

A smaller growing shrubby Echium endemic to La Palma, one of the Canary Islands, usually reaching a maximum of about 1m tall. A rounded evergreen woody shrub with silvery hairy lanceolate foliage and superb long dense spikes of bright blue flowers in spring. Overwinter under cover and not too cold, unless you live somewhere very mild.
