Eucryphia lucida ‘Pink Cloud’

A June/July flowering species from Tasmania forming a bushy, upright evergreen large shrub or small tree with lovely narrow, dark green foliage, pale glaucous underneath. In this form the very beautiful nodding, fragrant flowers are pale pink shading to white, red at the base. Any good soil, not too chalky, in a fairly sheltered spot, though really rather hardy.
