Hedychium spicatum var. acuminatum

A very unusual tall variant of the species, with particularly upright, narrow, grey-green foliage, topped by elongated heads of white flowers, ageing cream, with vivid-orange stamen, from prominent bracts, in summer. Taller than other spicatum, this makes strongly vertical stems to at least 1.8m tall. Untested here but this should be very hardy.

Pot size: 2L
