Holboellia angustifolia subsp. angustifolia Fargesii Grp H&M 1504

A most handsome evergreen twining climber, collected originally from Mt Luoji, Sichuan, China, and thankfully very hardy. The highly attractive compound foliage is composed of long slim lanceolate leaflets in groups of usually 5 or 7. This is a richly coloured form with sweetly perfumed deep lilac flowers that appear in clusters in spring. Easy and vigorous.
