Hydrangea ‘Dharuma’

Thought to be a hybrid between H. paniculata and H. heteromalla, this is apparent in the flower heads which visually sit between the two, being broad relatively flattened complex inflorescences with white ray flowers liberally interspersed between the fertile florets; the whole soon turning pink. A rounded fairly small plant to only 1.5m tall flowering in summer. Tough and tolerant, for sun or semi-shade.
