Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Nachtigall’

One of the famous Teller series from Switzerland, this has beautifully formed, bold lacecaps in a striking dark blue or violet, if grown on acid soil, red pink if not. The heads are typically very uniform, formed on stout branches on a plant to about 1.5m high.
