Hypericum tenuicaule

Only known from the C to E Himalaya, this makes a small to medium sized elegant hardy shrub with strongly arching slender branches and colourful and attractive new growth; the narrow lanceolate leaves purple when young and glaucous on their undersides. Clusters of yellow flowers borne at the shoot tips in summer.
