Juglans microcarpa

The Texan Walnut is particularly delicate and graceful in comparison to most others, the pinnate leaves being composed of numerous small, narrow leaflets. Making only a small to medium sized tree, sometimes multi-stemmed, this is very hardy, though rarely offered. Native to four central and southern US states.
