Kniphofia ichopensis

A rare species Poker from South Africa with individual flowers well spaced on the spike, spreading, then strongly pendulous, in this selection from wild seed an unusual caramel-orange colour, on stems to about 90cm in October. An elegant and rarely seen species. Sun, not too dry.
