Ozothamnus hookeri

A small evergreen shrub from SE Australia and Tasmania, related to Helichrysum, forming a bushy dense specimen 1 to 1.5m tall. The distinctive stems are clothed in white wool and the diminutive, aromatic, sticky leaves are closely pressed about them. Small heads of white flower clustered towards the ends of the shoots in summer. For a sunny, well drained position. Hardy.
